I provide all of the ongoing support that you need to keep
your programs running smoothly and efficiently. Typical
follow-up needs may include year-end review, report refinement,
quarterly payroll activities or often no follow-up at all.
Its entirely based on your needs. Support can be in
the form of an on-site visit, a phone consultation, or a
remote online/phone session. |

WHAT IS A REMOTE SESSION? |

With
your permission, a remote session provides me with Internet
access to your software and data while we converse by phone.
I invite you to a remote session by e-mail. You then call
and give me access to your QuickBooks software and data.
We view the same information and can make adjustments as
we speak. A 52K connection is required to conduct a remote
session. |

CAN YOU HELP ME INTERFACE MY EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK AND ACT
PROGRAMS WITH QUICKBOOKS? |

YES!
I have over 40 hours of training in Excel, Word, Outlook,
and ACT! to better serve you. I can use Excel and your QuickBooks
data to design virtually any report to meet the specific
informational needs of your business. Contact management
and customer lists can be fully integrated between QuickBooks
and Outlook or ACT! |

DO YOU SET UP QUICKBOOKS ON MACINTOSH AS WELL AS PC WINDOWS
COMPUTERS? |

YES!
I am fully trained to use both Macintosh and PC Windows
computers, though the Macintosh version of QuickBooks does
have some feature limitations, which can be discussed in
a free initial consultation. |

DO YOU WORK WITH OTHER INTUIT PRODUCTS LIKE QUICKEN AND
QUICKPAY? |

YES!
I can help with any version of Quicken, Quicken home and
office or QuickPay. I can also help assess which Intuit
product will best serve your bookkeeping needs during a
free initial consultation. |

to arrange for a free initial consultation. We will define
your specific bookkeeping needs and develop a plan to address
them. We can then either schedule a time to get started
or if our schedules permit we can get started right away.
I am frequently booked several weeks in advance so planning
ahead is advised. After the initial consultation, a three-hour
minimum session is required for all new clients. |

If a POS user is also using QuickBooks Financial Software,
daily sales information is quickly and easily transferred
to the financial software as part of the daily closing procedure,
